COVID-19

  • Appointment required.

  • All clients are required to wear a mask during their visit.

  • No extra guests are allowed at the time of the appointment.

  • If you are feeling sick, or have been exposed we ask that you please cancel your appointment.

cancellations

  • We allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, after that your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will be asked to reschedule. 

  • If you cannot make your appointment we ask that you call or email to notify us of your cancellation.

Refunds

  • No refunds, however, we are willing to fix any mistakes on your services at the time of service.

tips

  • - We only accept cash tips. You're also able to send tips via CashApp to your tech directly.​

Extra guests

  • - No children or extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced and must be accompanied by a parent at all times.

repairs

  • - We will repair any issues, free of charge, when notified within 3 days of being serviced.​ Our 3 day grace-period allows for us to stand on our work and fix any problems within 72 hours. After that, all repairs will be charged.
